Reporting

eWAY Merchants can now stay in touch with their business' performance, no matter where they are in the world, via eWAY's daily Email Reports and SMS Reports.

How it works

  1. Login to the eWAY Administration Area
  2. Select Reports from the left hand menu, and then Email Reports from the sub menu.
  3. The following screen will be displayed:
    Email Report for Daily Transactions
  4. Set the Email Reporting Status to active.
  5. Enter the Email Address that you wish for the reports to be sent to.
  6. Select the Time to Send the Report.
    N.B. The report generated and sent will contain data for the 24 hour period ending 1 hour BEFORE your selected SMS send time.
  7. Select the File Type you would prefer - either Text or Comma Separated
  8. Select the delimiter to separate items in the File - either comma, tab, or pipe (|) 
  9. Click the Save Details button at the bottom of the page

You should now receive your Email Report each day, at the time specified.
